Omelette

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons of unsalted butter

1 tomato

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

3 eggs

30g cheese

 

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice the tomato and grate the cheese.

  2. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan, add the tomato and oregano. Cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Whisk the eggs together. Stir in the contents from the frying pan and the cheese.

  4. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter into the frying pan then pour in the egg mixture.

  5. Cook the omelette for around 2 minutes. Flip the omelette using a spatula and cook for a further minute.

  6. Cut the omelette into 6 pieces.
