Raspberry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

200g raspberries

¼ pineapple

1 teaspoon chia seeds

A few kale leaves, stalks removed

200ml whole milk or a dairy free alternative

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses to serve.
