Turmeric Milk

INGREDIENTS

235ml whole milk or a dairy-free alternative

1 teaspoon runny honey

¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

Few grinds of black pepper

METHOD

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and stir in all the other ingredients.

  2. Place the pan over a medium heat and warm it slowly until it is a suitable temperature for your child.
